Forest maintenance has become a national concern due to the large fires we see every summer. SYNERG is therefore felling large trees that are close to the electricity transmission infrastructures.

This proximity poses a risk not only to the infrastructures themselves, but also to all those close to them, including the population.

The increase in temperature causes the conductor cables to bend and can lead to continuous discharges that can trigger fires. With this in mind, Synerg uses climbing to fell the trees, vertically dismantling them to eliminate critical points. In order to meet this challenge, employees are given integrated chainsaw training with climbing techniques, enabling them to adopt safe behaviours, as this is a very high-risk activity.
